After a two-week hiatus, “Saturday Night Live” returned with a new episode Dec. 6 with host Melissa McCarthy and musical guest Dijon, marking McCarthy’s sixth time hosting, her first since 2017, and Dijon’s “SNL” debut.

There won’t be a new episode of “SNL” on Saturday, Nov. 29. Instead, NBC will re-air the season 51 episode hosted by Amy Poehler with musical guest Role Model. The episode originally aired on Oct. 11.

Saturday Night Live airs tonight, December 13, 2025, with Josh O’Connor as host and Lily Allen as musical guest, continuing SNL’s December episodes and seasonal programming on NBC.
