Deep lobe parotid tumor, very difficult to remove... All branches of the facial nerve identified and saved , only buccal beach was stretched as tumor was just below it and couldn't be removed without creating some space between the branches... Though it was removed in parts as en block excision was not possible.. this is called neurophraxia and hopefully shall recover in a week or so | Dr Bakht Zada
