Ostrich normally breed from June to December, with incubation being roughly 42 days. Ostrich will lay 10-15 eggs and will start to incubate them once she has laid enough to cover them. The initial laying process will last a few days. Both the male and female incubate and the hatchlings emerge after 42 days.
