Tarlatamab (Imdelltra) is an investigational bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) immunotherapy being studied for the treatment of certain cancers, particularly small cell lung cancer (SCLC). It works by directing the patient’s T-cells to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing a specific protein called delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), commonly found in SCLC. Tarlatamab shows promise as a targeted approach to treating aggressive cancers with limited options, and clinical trials are ongoing to evalua
